Admission Instruction

• Fill up all the field is recomended.
• Student Photo must be passport size, Width: 413 x Height: 531 pixels(300dpi) / 3.5 x 4.5 cm.
• Note down the "FORM ID:TA20XXXXXXXXXXXXX" in any paper for future reference. Remember if you refresh the page the Form ID will change to new one so remember to update the ID before Saving form.

Application Fee:

Fees Payment will be in offline mood.

After form submission Application payment slip will be generated Print it or Save as pdf.
